This adaptive reuse project converted a 74-unit hotel into affordable student housing. Kitchenettes were added to each room, and energy-efficient upgrades, such as solar panels on the roof, were added. Quisa helped throughout all project phases, was involved with client collaboration, and designed the new student study area, which included booths and a study conference room. Quisa was also in charge of creating the renderings that were used to help fund the project.
