The well-established Portland franchise Elephants Delicatessen needed to renovate an existing restaurant into its new space. Working closely with the client, we provided some design moves, such as creating the inner central island and the ‘halo’ soffit to emphasize an existing skylight. The open-concept kitchen allows the space to feel larger and provides sightlines from all angles.
